Custody Policy Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Professional Services Specialist - Custody/Law Enforcement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in customizing their policy manuals and implement policy updates
• Oversee project management from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
• Conduct reviews and validations of policy updates and manage Daily Training Bulletins

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience in a local public safety agency with leadership in Custody or Corrections
• Minimum of two years in policy management and editing within a public safety agency
• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, business administration, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience
• Experience with Lexipol's policy content delivery system is preferred
• Ability to manage complex, long-term projects autonomously in a remote environment
