Custody Relationship Associate

Job Summary

Serving as the primary contact for custody services, the full-time Custody Relationship Associate will collaborate with Relationship Managers to manage client accounts, process transactions, and ensure compliance in the St. Petersburg, FL office.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and review account activities, including cash transactions and trade resolutions
• Process client instructions for trades, transfers, and account maintenance
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and adherence to regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
• 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry
• Prior client service or relationship management experience
• Knowledge of investment operations and investment accounting
• Familiarity with retirement and trust accounts
