Custom Report Writer

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Custom Report Writer, the full-time or part-time position will design and maintain custom reports, develop executive dashboards, and create KPIs within Netsmart systems to support clinical, financial, and operational decision-making in an onsite environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain reports within Netsmart platforms including myAvatar and myEvolv
• Design and build KPI dashboards for executive, clinical, financial, and operational teams
• Create complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and reporting datasets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of experience developing reports within Netsmart environments
• Advanced SQL and relational database experience
• Experience building KPIs, scorecards, and executive dashboards
• Hands-on experience with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SSRS, or Crystal Reports
