Custom Sourcing Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Custom Sourcing Specialist will manage the custom sourcing division, collaborating with sales and product development teams to execute the selling, sourcing, and fulfillment of custom orders.

Key responsibilities

• Develops a catalog of custom options within the custom sourcing framework
• Creates and follows the custom order process, ensuring effective pre-sale and post-sale communication
• Acts as an escalation point between customers and factories regarding project requirements and timelines

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or International Business preferred
• 5+ years of experience in managerial roles and overseas logistics and sales
• 3 years of experience in a fast-paced selling environment
• B2B sales and/or international business experience preferred
• Must reside in specified states including California, Florida, New York, and others
