Customer/1 Tester

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the temporary remote Customer/1 Tester will create business and functional specifications, conduct end-to-end testing of Customer/1 applications, and develop test plans based on business requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Create business and functional specifications for complex system implementations
• Conduct end-to-end testing of Customer/1 applications and integrations
• Identify, log, and track defects and inconsistencies in the system

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with Customer/1 and Customer Information Systems (CIS)
• Experience in the Energy and Utilities industry
• Strong understanding of Customer/1 functional areas, preferably Service Orders
• Solid understanding of testing methodologies and quality assurance best practices
