Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Account Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Customer Account Managers in driving category growth and achieving sales targets
• Utilize data and analytical tools to assist in the development of business plans and promotional planning
• Create customer presentations and manage communication related to customer/category and forecast information

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in retail sales preferred
• Understanding of sales fundamentals and reporting tools
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry and various trade channels
• Ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision
