Job Summary
Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time remote Customer Account Associate will manage client inquiries, process endorsement requests, and maintain organized records while ensuring outstanding service in the insurance industry.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Rental Team, handling inbound calls and emails to resolve client inquiries efficiently
- Provide accurate responses to insured individuals and agents regarding policy details and coverage guidance
- Manage endorsement requests and bind requests, ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines and maintaining accurate records
Required qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in the insurance industry preferred
- Associate's degree in business administration, Finance, Risk Management, or related field, or equivalent insurance experience
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Teams, and Excel
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment
