Customer Account Associate

Job Summary

Driving category growth in a fast-paced remote environment, the full-time Customer Account Associate will support Customer Account Managers by analyzing data, managing commercial spend, and creating customer presentations to achieve sales and commercial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify insights and opportunities from category reports to inform account strategies
• Manage trade spend and collaborate on financial reconciliations to meet sales goals
• Participate in developing and executing Customer Category Business Plans with clients

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong presentation skills
• Familiarity with analytical tools such as Unify, Scintilla, and Supplier One preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence without authority
• Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving abilities in a collaborative environment
