Customer Account Associate
Job Summary
Providing support to brokers and employers, the full-time Customer Account Associate will assist clients via email and call center interactions, ensuring service level agreements are met while working in a hybrid environment based in Orlando, FL or Salt Lake City, UT.
Key responsibilities
- Comply with general and client-specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Document client interactions and escalate unresolved issues to Tier 2 colleagues or Team Lead
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of client issues
Required qualifications
- Strong customer orientation and ability to work effectively in a team
- Availability to work outside of normal hours as needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Above-average initiative and self-reliance with strong judgment skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
