Job Summary

Driving expansion revenue, the full-time remote Customer Account Executive will focus on identifying and closing cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing SMB and Mid-Market customer accounts while collaborating with Customer Success Managers to enhance customer relationships.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and close a pipeline of expansion opportunities across existing customers
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to identify growth opportunities within the customer base
  • Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly expansion bookings and drive pipeline creation
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management with SMB and Mid-Market companies
  • Proven track record of owning a revenue target and successfully closing deals
  • Experience managing pipeline and forecasting revenue
  • Background in SaaS, MarTech, or related industries
  • Experience selling PR, media intelligence, or related solutions preferred for Enterprise roles
