Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Customer Account Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a team of Customer Account Managers to achieve revenue targets
  • Drive team performance across key KPIs related to customer retention and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful customer outcomes and identify growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles such as customer success or account management
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire customer-facing teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience preferred
  • Strong analytical skills for assessing customer health and identifying opportunities
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and similar sales execution platforms
