Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Customer Account Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of Customer Account Managers to achieve revenue targets
- Drive team performance across key KPIs related to customer retention and revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful customer outcomes and identify growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles such as customer success or account management
- Proven ability to lead and inspire customer-facing teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills for assessing customer health and identifying opportunities
- Familiarity with Salesforce and similar sales execution platforms
