Customer Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Account Manager- Demand Planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage supply chain processes supporting demand planning, inventory management, and fulfillment for major retail and distribution accounts
• Lead Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR) conversations and analyze data to develop forecast plans
• Serve as the primary supply chain interface for accounts, addressing performance and driving execution of Vendor Compliance requirements

Required Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of supply chain/operations experience in North America eTail/Retail/Distribution channels
• Thorough knowledge of forecasting and inventory modeling
• Strong knowledge of supplier and channel supply chains
• Excellent relationship building skills with internal and external partners
• Bachelor's degree required
