Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Account Manager, Upmarket.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth across a portfolio of accounts
  • Build relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders to understand business objectives and develop strategic plans
  • Act as the voice of the customer to provide feedback for product and service improvements
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of customer and/or account management experience
  • Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment, preferably in HR Technology
  • Proven ability to develop strategies that meet retention targets or quotas
  • Demonstrated customer-oriented business acumen, including data-driven decision making
  • Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Gainsight, Drift, Google Suite, and Slack
