Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Account Manager, Upmarket.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth across a portfolio of accounts
- Build relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders to understand business objectives and develop strategic plans
- Act as the voice of the customer to provide feedback for product and service improvements
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of customer and/or account management experience
- Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment, preferably in HR Technology
- Proven ability to develop strategies that meet retention targets or quotas
- Demonstrated customer-oriented business acumen, including data-driven decision making
- Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Gainsight, Drift, Google Suite, and Slack
