Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with core client stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor
- Proactively identify risks to account health and opportunities for growth, implementing action plans
- Create and present comprehensive quarterly client reviews demonstrating ROI and strategic value
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in Strategic Account Management or Management Consulting, preferably in the foodservice industry
- Exceptional data analytics skills with the ability to apply judgment to complex datasets
- Proficiency in Power BI; familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Salesforce, and Google Suite is a plus
- A fast learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts to new tools and methodologies
- Previous experience in Leadership, Project Management, or Product Management is advantageous
