Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with core client stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor
  • Proactively identify risks to account health and opportunities for growth, implementing action plans
  • Create and present comprehensive quarterly client reviews demonstrating ROI and strategic value
Required Qualifications
  • 5-8 years of experience in Strategic Account Management or Management Consulting, preferably in the foodservice industry
  • Exceptional data analytics skills with the ability to apply judgment to complex datasets
  • Proficiency in Power BI; familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Salesforce, and Google Suite is a plus
  • A fast learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts to new tools and methodologies
  • Previous experience in Leadership, Project Management, or Product Management is advantageous
