Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Customer Account Manager Business Sales Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Retain and grow business customer accounts through solution-based selling and account management via telephone
• Make outbound calls to achieve sales quota metrics and prepare necessary sales documentation
• Develop customer relationships and drive sales growth by introducing available products and services

Required Qualifications and Education

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience
• Ability to work in a closely monitored environment with variable schedules, including nights and weekends
• Experience in sales and customer relationship management
• Proficiency in using client management systems for documentation
