Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Account Manager to manage and grow its existing customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and manage a designated book of business for hosted solutions
  • Create quarterly business reviews to identify account-level opportunities
  • Research and detect upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the account list
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B account management and solution selling
  • Bachelor's degree or technical school graduate
  • History of achieving upsell and cross-sell sales goals with SMB companies
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM systems
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure, networks, and software
