Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Account Manager to manage and grow its existing customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and manage a designated book of business for hosted solutions
- Create quarterly business reviews to identify account-level opportunities
- Research and detect upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the account list
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in B2B account management and solution selling
- Bachelor's degree or technical school graduate
- History of achieving upsell and cross-sell sales goals with SMB companies
- Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM systems
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure, networks, and software
