Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Account Manager - West.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a book of corporate accounts with a focus on retention and revenue expansion
  • Oversee the negotiation process for contract renewals and expansions
  • Consult with customers to understand their goals and ensure ongoing value from products and services
Required Qualifications
  • 3 to 8+ years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in technology
  • Background in XaaS business models (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) with experience in IT Operations, Finance, or Software Engineering
  • Proficiency in contract negotiation and conflict resolution
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing and IT services
  • Experience with CRM software and managing customer accounts
