Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Account Manager - West.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a book of corporate accounts with a focus on retention and revenue expansion
- Oversee the negotiation process for contract renewals and expansions
- Consult with customers to understand their goals and ensure ongoing value from products and services
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 8+ years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in technology
- Background in XaaS business models (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) with experience in IT Operations, Finance, or Software Engineering
- Proficiency in contract negotiation and conflict resolution
- Strong understanding of cloud computing and IT services
- Experience with CRM software and managing customer accounts
