Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume portfolio of digital customer accounts, focusing on revenue retention and expansion opportunities
- Own the end-to-end commercial relationship, including renewals, contract execution, and customer engagement strategy
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support customer outcomes and drive predictable revenue through effective account management
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, customer success management, or sales; SaaS experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a revenue-focused role
- Experience managing renewals and identifying growth opportunities within an existing customer base
- Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to navigate customer conversations effectively
