Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 700 digital customer accounts, focusing on revenue retention and expansion opportunities
- Oversee the commercial relationship, including renewals, contract execution, and customer engagement strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customer outcomes and drive predictable revenue growth
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, customer success management, or sales, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue quotas
- Experience managing renewals and identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
