Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 700 digital customer accounts, focusing on revenue retention and expansion opportunities
  • Oversee the commercial relationship, including renewals, contract execution, and customer engagement strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support customer outcomes and drive predictable revenue growth
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, customer success management, or sales, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue quotas
  • Experience managing renewals and identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
