Job Summary

Serving as a trusted advisor, the full-time remote Customer Account Manager will drive customer satisfaction and growth by managing a portfolio of accounts, fostering relationships, and optimizing platform adoption.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision makers to drive customer satisfaction and retention
  • Partner with customers to understand their business objectives and develop strategic plans for success with the Lattice platform
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities and engage customers to ensure they achieve maximum value from their investment
Required qualifications
  • 6+ years of customer and/or account management experience
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment, with a preference for HR Technology
  • Proven ability to carry a retention target or quota and develop effective strategies
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to use data for decision-making and persuasion
  • Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Gainsight, Drift, Google Suite, and Slack
