Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of corporate accounts, the full-time remote Customer Account Manager will focus on retention, contract negotiations, and consulting with customers to ensure they derive ongoing value from the company's products and services.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage a book of corporate accounts with a goal of achieving a retention rate of 90% or higher
  • Own the negotiation process for contract renewals and expansions from start to finish
  • Consult with customers throughout the lifecycle to understand their business goals and ensure satisfaction with the company's offerings
Required qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 to 8+ years of experience in a customer success or account management role, preferably in the technology industry
  • Proficiency in contract negotiation and conflict resolution
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing, IT services, or related fields
  • Experience in managing customer accounts and resolving issues
  • Ability to recognize and maximize expansion opportunities within customer organizations
