Job Summary
Driving high-impact transformation with household brands, the full-time remote Customer Account Manager will manage sales, negotiate promotions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer relations and achieve business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Sell, negotiate, and execute business plans while leveraging business intelligence data to create effective selling stories
- Maintain frequent customer interaction to implement annual plans and drive execution, ensuring achievement of agreed targets and KPIs
- Analyze promotion effectiveness and monitor the competitive landscape to maximize profitability and maintain good customer relations
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a Convenience Store sales environment preferred
- Strong negotiating skills with a proven track record of building effective relationships with customers and internal associates
- Demonstrated solid forecasting skills and ability to research data from internal reporting sources
- Experience in the Ice Cream category preferred
- College or Undergraduate degree preferred
