Job Summary
To support customer retention and sales growth, the full-time Customer Account Manager will manage existing business accounts through solution-based selling and regular telephone contact while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Retain and grow business customer accounts through outbound calls and solution-based selling
- Prepare sales documentation, activity reports, and forecasts as needed
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive sales growth and account retention
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience in sales
- Mobile sales experience preferred
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as necessary
- Proficiency in using client management systems for documentation
