Job Summary
Managing a high-volume portfolio of small-to-mid-sized business customers, the remote Customer Account Manager will execute renewals, support at-risk save motions, and respond to customer needs while building foundational skills in account management within the telecom industry.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day account needs and inquiries
- Prepare and present renewal quotes while managing customer questions and agreements
- Identify at-risk accounts and coordinate with internal teams to address churn risks
Required qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related customer-facing role
- Strong organizational skills to manage a high volume of accounts independently
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
- Genuine curiosity and a drive for professional growth
- Experience in telecommunications or UCaaS is a plus, but not required
