Job Summary

Managing a high-volume portfolio of small-to-mid-sized business customers, the remote Customer Account Manager will execute renewals, support at-risk save motions, and respond to customer needs while building foundational skills in account management within the telecom industry.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day account needs and inquiries
  • Prepare and present renewal quotes while managing customer questions and agreements
  • Identify at-risk accounts and coordinate with internal teams to address churn risks
Required qualifications
  • 0-2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related customer-facing role
  • Strong organizational skills to manage a high volume of accounts independently
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
  • Genuine curiosity and a drive for professional growth
  • Experience in telecommunications or UCaaS is a plus, but not required
