Job Summary
Dedicated and empathetic, the full-time Customer Account Manager will provide high-volume support for a daycare staffing company, managing multiple conversations across various channels while coordinating logistics such as transportation and payments remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Responding to inbound worker messages and handling center calls to ensure timely support
- Coordinating shift logistics, payments, schedules, and managing feedback and escalations
- Arranging transportation for workers to ensure punctuality for their shifts
Required qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Prior experience in customer success, client support, or call/chat handling in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously
- Comfortable using support software, chat platforms, and basic CRM or ticketing tools
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to escalate issues when necessary
