Customer Account Manager

Job Summary

To drive sales growth in healthcare accounts, the remote Customer Account Manager will manage customer relationships, develop strategic sales campaigns, and provide tailored solutions while leveraging industry expertise.

Key responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers through regular online interactions
• Develop and run strategic sales campaigns to drive pipeline and bookings in assigned accounts
• Monitor account health and collaborate on Save Plans to improve customer satisfaction

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in account management, sales, customer success, or a related field with a proven sales record
• Minimum of 1 year experience in the technology or software industries
• Experience in business-to-business sales or customer relations
• Proficient in Salesforce
• Strong understanding of customer needs and industry best practices
