Job Summary
Supporting the retention and growth of existing customers, the full-time Customer Account Manager will drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction through regular telephone contact and problem resolution in a virtual environment.
Key responsibilities
- Retain business customers by managing accounts and driving solution-based sales through outbound calls
- Prepare sales documentation and proposals while achieving sales quota metrics
- Develop and maintain customer relationships through consistent communication and support
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience in sales
- Mobile sales experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Proficiency in documenting customer interactions in a client management system
