Job Summary
Experienced in managing corporate partnerships, the full-time remote Customer Account Manager will oversee key relationships, drive business growth, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while focusing on onboarding new clients and executing strategic initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and cultivate executive-level relationships with decision makers in assigned accounts
- Generate and manage complex partnership contracts and programs with existing and potential business partners
- Lead cross-functional teams to analyze business performance and implement new programs aligned with enterprise objectives
Required qualifications
- 4-year Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of direct B2B sales or general management experience at Fortune 500 companies in the food & beverage sector
- 3+ years of national program management experience
- 3+ years of experience in complex contract negotiations
- Foundational financial acumen and functional knowledge of marketing, operations, and competitive strategy
