Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Account Protection Investigator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive investigations to identify fraud patterns and typologies
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop recommendations for risk mitigation
- Maintain composure under pressure and make sound decisions during case investigations
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of complex financial crime investigative experience or 1+ years of intelligence analysis or law enforcement experience in financial crimes
- BA/BS degree preferred
- Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) designation and/or Certified Anti Money Laundering Specialist (ACAMS) a plus
- Proficient in using applications such as MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Suite
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, exhibit a sense of urgency, and make decisions independently
