Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Account Protection Investigator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive investigations to identify fraud patterns and typologies
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop recommendations for risk mitigation
  • Maintain composure under pressure and make sound decisions during case investigations
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of complex financial crime investigative experience or 1+ years of intelligence analysis or law enforcement experience in financial crimes
  • BA/BS degree preferred
  • Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) designation and/or Certified Anti Money Laundering Specialist (ACAMS) a plus
  • Proficient in using applications such as MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, exhibit a sense of urgency, and make decisions independently
