Job Summary
Detail-oriented and reliable, the Customer Account Representative will support inside sales and marketing efforts, manage customer inquiries, and ensure timely order processing in a hybrid or remote role.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring fast responses and resolution of issues
- Collaborate with sales teams to track orders, advise on delivery timelines, and meet sales goals
- Conduct contract reviews in Salesforce and manage quotes, returns, and customer follow-ups
Required qualifications
- 2-3 years of inside sales experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry
- Completion of 2 years of college education is preferred
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Word and Excel
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably Epicor ERP
- Detail-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction
