Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager Customer Accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee operational and production activities related to customer enrollment and financial data management
- Develop and implement standards, schedules, and performance management systems to meet regulatory expectations
- Manage hiring, coaching, and employee development for the assigned team while leading long-term planning initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Human Resources, Healthcare, or related field, or five years of leadership experience in lieu of a degree
- Minimum of seven years of operational experience, preferably in member enrollment or customer accounts
- At least two years of operational leadership experience
- Health insurance industry experience is preferred
- Master's degree in a related field may substitute for some experience requirements
