Transforming how mid-market companies manage their finances, the full-time remote Customer Activation Manager will lead clients through implementation and workflow adoption, ensuring measurable business outcomes and effective change management.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead mid-market customers through the transformation journey from implementation to workflow adoption with accountability for time-to-value
  • Build and own change management strategies, mapping stakeholders and driving adoption within customer organizations
  • Quantify and communicate Ramp's impact in financial terms, focusing on metrics that resonate with CFOs and Controllers
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of customer-facing experience in customer success, consulting, or implementations with a proven track record of driving outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to drive workflow adoption and navigate resistance within organizations
  • Fluency in AI tools used for preparing customer interactions and automating tasks
  • Technical acumen to engage in conversations about integrations, APIs, and workflow architecture
  • Prior success in fast-paced, results-oriented environments, ideally within SaaS or FinTech companies
