Job Summary

A company is looking for an Activation Partner to guide customers through their activation journey and ensure early value realization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end activation journey for new and expanding customers, ensuring they reach their first measurable moment of impact
  • Design and execute activation plans that focus on achieving early value while avoiding unnecessary complexity
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support customer onboarding and training efforts
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success, Onboarding, or Implementation
  • Experience with CRMs and/or Customer Success Platforms (CSPs) is a strong asset
  • Strong program and project management skills
  • Ability to lead customer-facing conversations, including with senior stakeholders
  • Appreciation for value frameworks and outcome-based delivery
