Job Summary
Driving customer satisfaction and retention, the full-time remote Customer Adoption Consultant will manage customer relationships, ensure successful platform adoption, and leverage technology to enhance customer success outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead training sessions and value discussions to facilitate effective utilization of the platform by customers
- Execute playbooks and utilize self-service resources to scale customer success initiatives
- Analyze usage data and health metrics to proactively address churn risks and identify growth opportunities
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of customer success experience
- Familiarity with Sprout Social influencer marketing and strategy
- Experience with Gainsight or other customer success management software
- Ability to work within a one-to-many model of customer success
- Agility and flexibility in a rapidly changing environment
