Key Responsibilities
  • Develop standard processes and champion their adoption within areas of expertise
  • Manage customer engagement using strong project management practices and develop solutions to business problems
  • Ensure accurate adoption of the platform and drive customers toward their strategic goals
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Procurement, Procure to Pay, Source to Contract, Sourcing and Category Management, or Accounts Payable
  • Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) is essential
  • Background in customer/client management
  • Strong organizational skills and analytical thinking
  • Experience in presenting to customers
