Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Adoption Manager to drive enterprise-wide adoption projects for their customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multi-department change across the residential homebuilding lifecycle
  • Guide customers toward operating model reinvention beyond incremental adoption
  • Serve as the escalation owner and influence product direction based on implementation feedback
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in a Customer Success role, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Experience with Customer Success Platforms such as Planhat, ChurnZero, or Gainsight
  • Strong sense of ownership and proactive issue resolution skills
  • Comfortable using AI and analytics to drive customer value
  • Excellent partnership skills with the ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders
