Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Adoption Manager to drive enterprise-wide adoption projects for their customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multi-department change across the residential homebuilding lifecycle
- Guide customers toward operating model reinvention beyond incremental adoption
- Serve as the escalation owner and influence product direction based on implementation feedback
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a Customer Success role, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Experience with Customer Success Platforms such as Planhat, ChurnZero, or Gainsight
- Strong sense of ownership and proactive issue resolution skills
- Comfortable using AI and analytics to drive customer value
- Excellent partnership skills with the ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders
