Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time salaried Customer Adoption Manager will engage with global customers to increase platform adoption, maximize value, and drive best practices within the Coupa platform.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and champion standard processes within areas of expertise to enhance customer engagement
  • Manage customer relationships using strong project management practices to solve business problems
  • Provide technical understanding of the Coupa platform, ensuring accurate adoption and alignment with customer goals
Required qualifications
  • Proven experience in Procurement, Procure to Pay, or Accounts Payable
  • Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions
  • Strong background in customer/client management
  • Excellent communication skills, including professional writing and presentation abilities
  • Strong organizational skills and analytical thinking capabilities
