Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assoc Specialist - Customer Advocacy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and provide accurate account analysis and documentation for internal and external customers
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including management and regulatory agencies, to resolve issues
  • Train new staff and monitor procedural updates to ensure compliance with servicing requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 0-3 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 1 year in the Office of the Customer Advocate or 2 years in a servicing environment
  • Experience handling escalated matters and communicating with consumers
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and able to pass a criminal background check
  • Must not be delinquent or in default on any federal student loans
