Job Summary

Supporting a Customer Advocacy/Customer Reference program for an enterprise SaaS organization, the fully remote Customer Advocacy Program Coordinator will manage customer advocacy data and workflows using Salesforce CRM and ReferenceEdge while coordinating customer stories and advocacy assets across various teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate customer stories, approvals, and advocacy assets across marketing and product teams
  • Manage reference requests, matching customer advocates to sales needs, and track usage
  • Maintain and clean advocacy databases and customer story inventories to ensure data accuracy
Required qualifications
  • Basic experience with Salesforce CRM
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Excel/Sheets for data management
  • Experience with data cleanup and maintaining accurate records
  • Excellent written communication skills for drafting customer-facing communications
