Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Advocacy Lead to manage and enhance customer advocacy programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the execution of advocacy and reference programs to enhance customer engagement and retention
  • Oversee the customer advocacy tool and track engagement metrics to align with business goals
  • Develop compelling customer content, including case studies and testimonials, and manage customer speaker engagements for events
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience in customer marketing, advocacy, or related roles
  • Proven success in managing customer advocacy or reference programs
  • Experience managing online review strategies across platforms
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Monday.com, and/or ReferenceEdge is a plus
  • Willingness to travel as needed
