Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Advocacy Manager to build and prove the value of its platform through compelling narratives and customer stories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop compelling narratives showcasing platform impact and collaborate with teams to translate technical capabilities into messaging
  • Build customer advocacy initiatives, including case studies and testimonials, to highlight customer success and platform ROI
  • Create customer-centric sales collateral and resources to support sales teams and enhance deal cycles
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, or customer advocacy within B2B SaaS or cybersecurity
  • Proven track record of successful storytelling and advocacy program execution
  • Strong technical acumen to translate product capabilities into compelling narratives
  • Experience working directly with customers to capture success stories
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity and social engineering defense challenges is a plus
