Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Advocacy Manager to build and prove the value of its platform through compelling narratives and customer stories.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop compelling narratives showcasing platform impact and collaborate with teams to translate technical capabilities into messaging
- Build customer advocacy initiatives, including case studies and testimonials, to highlight customer success and platform ROI
- Create customer-centric sales collateral and resources to support sales teams and enhance deal cycles
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, or customer advocacy within B2B SaaS or cybersecurity
- Proven track record of successful storytelling and advocacy program execution
- Strong technical acumen to translate product capabilities into compelling narratives
- Experience working directly with customers to capture success stories
- Familiarity with cybersecurity and social engineering defense challenges is a plus
