Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Advocacy Marketing Lead to manage programs that engage and grow their network of customer advocates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the execution of advocacy and reference programs, ensuring efficient handling of reference requests
  • Own the daily management of the customer advocacy tool, optimizing processes and tracking engagement metrics
  • Project manage the development of customer stories and coordinate cross-functional collaboration for strategic distribution


Required Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience in customer marketing, advocacy, or related roles
  • Proven success in managing customer advocacy or reference programs
  • Experience managing online review strategies across platforms
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Monday.com, and/or ReferenceEdge is a plus
  • Willingness to travel as needed
