Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive customer advocacy program strategy with defined goals and KPIs
- Build and manage a customer reference program, identifying and nurturing customer advocates
- Oversee the creation of customer success stories and advocacy content across various formats
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing or customer success, focusing on customer advocacy
- Proven track record of building and managing successful customer advocacy programs
- Experience in developing various types of customer content, such as case studies and testimonials
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
- Data-driven approach with experience in tracking and reporting on program performance
