Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Advocacy Principal.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the customer advocacy strategy and collaborate with executive stakeholders to align priorities and secure investment
- Produce customer case studies and manage the storytelling engine to support sales and marketing efforts
- Build and execute programs that elevate top customers as industry voices and drive customer engagement at events
Required Qualifications
- 10-12+ years of experience in customer marketing, advocacy, or success within a B2B environment
- Proven track record of developing and demonstrating ROI on customer programs
- Experience working with VP and C-level stakeholders and presenting to executive leadership
- Strong strategic leadership and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with managing Customer Advisory Boards or similar engagement programs
