Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Advocacy Principal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the customer advocacy strategy and collaborate with executive stakeholders to align priorities and secure investment
  • Produce customer case studies and manage the storytelling engine to support sales and marketing efforts
  • Build and execute programs that elevate top customers as industry voices and drive customer engagement at events


Required Qualifications
  • 10-12+ years of experience in customer marketing, advocacy, or success within a B2B environment
  • Proven track record of developing and demonstrating ROI on customer programs
  • Experience working with VP and C-level stakeholders and presenting to executive leadership
  • Strong strategic leadership and relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with managing Customer Advisory Boards or similar engagement programs
