Required Qualifications
- 4-7+ years of experience in Customer Marketing or B2B advocacy programs
- Proven experience in managing customer reference programs at a global scale
- Strong program management and operational mindset
- Hands-on experience with program tooling and data quality management
- Familiarity with customer reference governance and brand risk management
