Required Qualifications
  • 4-7+ years of experience in Customer Marketing or B2B advocacy programs
  • Proven experience in managing customer reference programs at a global scale
  • Strong program management and operational mindset
  • Hands-on experience with program tooling and data quality management
  • Familiarity with customer reference governance and brand risk management
