Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Advocacy Research Specialist responsible for investigating customer complaints and inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed investigations for escalated complaints involving Cash, Escrow, or Default Servicing
  • Review servicing data and documentation to identify errors and determine resolutions
  • Draft professional responses for regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
  • Two to four years of related experience and/or training required
  • Mortgage experience with knowledge of Call Center, Escrow, and Default processes preferred
  • Bi-lingual language skills are a plus
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with MSP and Black Knight products preferred
