Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Advocacy Research Specialist responsible for investigating customer complaints and inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed investigations for escalated complaints involving Cash, Escrow, or Default Servicing
- Review servicing data and documentation to identify errors and determine resolutions
- Draft professional responses for regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
- Two to four years of related experience and/or training required
- Mortgage experience with knowledge of Call Center, Escrow, and Default processes preferred
- Bi-lingual language skills are a plus
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with MSP and Black Knight products preferred
