Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Advocacy Specialist to design and manage customer advocacy programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, launch, and manage incentivized customer advocacy programs
  • Produce and manage a library of customer content, including case studies and video testimonials
  • Track and report on program performance, including advocate engagement and content utilization
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in customer marketing or advocacy in a B2B technology environment
  • Experience producing a variety of customer content from concept through completion
  • Proven track record in designing and running incentivized advocacy or loyalty programs
  • Solid understanding of B2B marketing fundamentals and customer motivation
  • Preferred experience with gifting platforms and reference management tools
