Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Design, launch, and manage incentivized customer advocacy programs
- Produce and manage a library of customer content, including case studies and video testimonials
- Track and report on program performance, including advocate engagement and content utilization
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer marketing or advocacy in a B2B technology environment
- Experience producing a variety of customer content from concept through completion
- Proven track record in designing and running incentivized advocacy or loyalty programs
- Solid understanding of B2B marketing fundamentals and customer motivation
- Preferred experience with gifting platforms and reference management tools
