Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Advocate I to provide exceptional service in a service-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist transportation providers with inquiries and concerns regarding services
- Schedule, modify, and cancel reservations as needed
- Document complaints and ensure accurate trip data input
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- Zero (0) plus years of experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Willingness and ability to learn new technology and processes quickly
