Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Advocate I to provide exceptional service in a service-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist transportation providers with inquiries and concerns regarding services
  • Schedule, modify, and cancel reservations as needed
  • Document complaints and ensure accurate trip data input
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
  • Zero (0) plus years of experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Willingness and ability to learn new technology and processes quickly
