Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Advocate (New Business Sales) in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with potential customers to understand their challenges and align them with solution packages
  • Guide prospects through the customer journey and demonstrate how the software can address their risks
  • Manage a pipeline of inbound leads, nurturing relationships with prospective customers

Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in customer success or sales at a B2B SaaS company
  • Prioritization of customer experience over transactional sales
