Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Advocate (Remote, US Based).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach customers on software usage and provide solutions for their business needs
  • Help customers grow and manage their practices, determine subscription levels, and contribute to the knowledge base
  • Escalate complex issues, collaborate with the team, and provide exceptional customer service

Required Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of customer-facing experience in customer success, account management, or client services
  • Desire to build a career in customer support and work collaboratively with teams
  • Willingness to assist with weekend email answering when needed
  • Curiosity, passion for learning, high capacity, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven proficiency in problem-solving and ability to think strategically
